Annette’s Swim School has been teaching the children of Tamworth learn to swim for 20 years at these premises. We had previously taught learn to swim at various pools in the Tamworth region. We provide learn to swim lessons for all ages – from 6 months old, all pre school years, school age, including children with additional needs and right through to the elderly. We cover all aspects of learn to swim from beginners to advanced. We cater for individual, small groups and families in our learn to swim program. We only use Austswim accredited swimming instructors in our learn to swim program so you can be sure of their skills, Austswim is recognised around the world. All our instructors this year will also have their new Working with Children check.
Swim with a view
Our pool is situated on our private semi rural property just north of Tamworth with great view of the countryside – a very quiet, peaceful learning environment.
Heated Pool
Our very own heated pool gives maximum comfort while learning to swim in Tamworth. We maintain our water at 32oC – 34oC and we have great pride in our water quality. Babies and children love to be in our pool.
Safety
Safety is of paramount importance to us, thus all learn to swim lessons are strictly supervised, we also ask parents & carers to supervise their children whilst in the pool area and the parking area. We emphasise on teaching learn to swim for all ages and abilities. From the time students enter our pool area, we teach and practice water safety. It is a skill they will keep for the rest of their live.
We are starting swimming this season on Monday the 16th September 2024.
We will be running a holiday program from Monday the 30/9/2024-Friday the 4/10/2024 Week 1, Tuesday the 8th-Friday the 11/10/2024 Week 2. We are currently accepting enrolments.
Payments We accept payments on the day, you can pay by cash, card square next to the pool or Government vouchers eg active kids/creative kids vouchers. * We have changed our bank details please ask Annette for more details.
